Join The Program and Download Lessons

The Program consists of 5 daily lessons that you download and view or print in PDF format. The lessons are short and can be studied in approximately 15-30 minutes each day.

You will be shown how a positive approach can allow you to stop smoking with minimal withdrawal discomfort. Each lesson builds on the knowledge you gained previously as you move toward smoking cessation.

You are asked to smoke your usual minimum each day until you begin Lesson 3. You will understand why this is so important by the end of Lesson 2.

We understand and appreciate any skepticism you may have. However, it’s not a good idea to let your skepticism get in your way of successfully stopping smoking. Actually, the best thing to do now is to use our Program for five days and see the results.

All we ask is that you have an open mind and that you use our Program fully.
